If you get one of these messages:
Incoming connection with Twilio/Plivo failed. You have been placed back in ready status while we attempt to reconnect. Failure reason: busy
Can not switch to outbound call at the moment because an incoming call might be coming.
Log out of C3PO and close Chrome. Make sure you do not have an extra headset connected to the computer via Bluetooth or anything. Do a full shutdown of the computer (shut down computer for 30 seconds) with it being unplugged. Then see if the error is solved after you boot up.
If this does not solve the error, the issue could be due to the computer not recognizing the mic. This is especially common on 3410 and 3510s. Preform an echo test. If the echo test does not go through it is probably a mic error. To solve this try reinstalling the USB drivers by following these steps:
If you have done these steps and still have issues, clear your cache in Chrome and try making an outbound call in incognito mode. This will usually fix the issue if it is a cache error. If the call goes through in incognito, it will solve the issue and you can log back into C3PO in normal mode and make calls.
