Sometimes C3 issues occur because our VPNs are not up to date and we need to check for updates.
To check weather your VPN needs updates you will need to right click on the VPN icon or circle and select SETTINGS or PREFERENCES from the submenu. It should be right below DETAILS.
Once the VPN Settings box opens you need to select GENERAL from the top menu and click the CHECK NOW button under UPDATES.
If there are no updates pending you will see a separate box open saying "No Updates Found" just click OK to close. You should be good.
HOWEVER if the following pops up it means your VPN is not up to date and we need to install an update.
Click on START DOWNLOAD.
Once the Update is downloaded you may go ahead and click the INSTALL UPDATE button.
You will see the following appear on your window screen. Click YES.
Once the update is installed, which generally takes a few seconds, the Viscosity window will close automatically and you will see the Red Circle at the bottom of your screen again. You may go ahead and connect to VPN. Make sure you are entering the correct password and username:
firstname.lastname@awl.com
i.e. : d.ramirezrodriguez@awl.com
