A replacement laptop will be mailed out to the address below to replace the old laptop. There will be a return label in the purple address pouch on the box behind label with your address on it. There is instructions on how to ship back the old laptop inside the box with the new laptop.
URGENT: Upon receipt of this laptop, you have (3 days) to return the previous laptop. Email a copy of the return receipt to awlhelpdesk@awl.com . Failure to provide the return receipt within (3 days), will result in your C3/C3PO account being locked until we receive the receipt. If you need assistance with returning please email awlhelpdesk@awl.com .

Our Admin Team moves as quickly as possible to ensure the timely deployment of laptops. However, there may be factors beyond our control that affect the turnaround or shipping time. Not all addresses are available for Saturday delivery. Please monitor the tracking details which will provide your expected delivery time.
