If you are having trouble with insurance carrier websites or any non-AWL website, first check to make sure your Windows, Dell and Chrome Updates are all installed. Having these can will ensure your computer is communicating properly with these sites. If that does not solve the issue or if the issue is password related, ask your leadership if they can give you your password, or reset it. If it is not password related, try resetting your modem and router by turning them off for 30 seconds. If this still does not solve the problem, try troubleshooting cache errors in Chrome. Cache errors account for a lot of browser glitches and troubleshooting them will often fix these types of issues. If this does not fix the problem, contact the website’s tech support.
