Adapter not working with Chromebook

First try to restart the chromebook.  

If this does not work then

Unplug everything from chromebook and adapter.

Shutdown Chromebook then go to Router/Modem and unplug from the wall for 5 min.

Plug Router/modem back in and then turn on.

Go to the Chromebook turn it back on.

Then plug int the Adapter.

Once then start to plug in your ethernet cord for the adapter and then you can plug in the USbs.

Remember that the Headset works best plugged directly into the Chromebook.
