What To Do If Outlook Won't Load

This error is caused by your Outlook bookmark becoming stale - you can resolve the issue by replacing the old bookmark with a new one.

1. Delete your AWL email bookmark by right clicking it and selecting delete
2. Open outlook using outlook.office.com
3. Make a new bookmark by clicking the star at top right in Chrome 

         

      4. Name the new bookmark and add it to folder Bookmarks Bar
