Fourth Attempt: AWL Laptop Recovery
You are in default of the attached AWL Asset Agreement. Upon deployment of the laptop, you agreed to return the AWL issued equipment within 3 business days. As such, if the AWL equipment is not returned to our office within the next day and you continue to ignore our attempts at property retrieval, the equipment will be reported as stolen. Please note that should you continue to keep our equipment, you will be flagged as ineligible for rehire and we will have to disclose this to any companies asking for verification of termination, etc.
Attached you will find the AWL Asset Agreement you acknowledged when your AWL issued laptop was deployed. Please return our equipment to the office within 1 day of receipt of this email or send us an email outlining your plan to return the laptop.
Instructions for equipment return:
1. If you were sent your laptop by mail, please find the pre-paid return label inside the box and place it in the sleeve on the box, with your laptop and charger inside. Drop off the box at your nearest FedEx location (note: most Walgreens stores will also allow drop-offs; find a participating location **here)**
2. If you do not have a box and return label, visit the closest FedEx shipping location. They will be able assist with boxing up your laptop and charger to ship to our office. Give them our FedEx account number and the cost will be charged to AWL.
