What are the dates for Open Enrollment?	April 22, 2024 – May 3, 2024 at 5PM CST
Where do you enroll in benefits?	Employee Navigator. You should have received an email to either your personal or work email to register your account.
Do I have to enroll if I am not making any changes?	Yes, this is an Active enrollment. If you don’t enroll in your benefits you will have to wait until next open enrollment (May 2025)
What is the effective date of open enrollment benefits?	June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025
When do deductibles start over for your medical, dental, and vision plans?	January 1, 2025
Can I increase the amount of coverage or enroll in ancillary benefits?	Yes, you can enroll/increase ancillary benefits, but you will be required to complete an Evidence of Insurability form to Guardian for approval of coverage.
What are ancillary benefits that require an Evidence of Insurability form to be approve by Guardian for coverage?	Voluntary Life Insurance, Accidental Injury, Hospital Care, Critical Illness
Can you make changes to your benefits during open enrollment?	Yes, only during the timeframe of open enrollment can you make changes to your coverages.
Health Savings Account Max 2024	Employee Only: $4,150           Employee + Dependent(s): $8,300        If over the age of 55, you can contribution an additional $1,000 each year.
Flexible Spending Account Max 2024	Employee Only or Employee + Dep: $3,200           *Max contribution is $3,200 for each tier*
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Max 2024	Employee Only: $5,000 per household
